BoatThings is a store for people who love to get out on the water;
those who cruise, race, fish, drift, float, and dream about getting on
the water. We spend our time researching the best products out there.
We're not interested in quantity. We focus on
quality. We use the products that we sell, so we know that we
can stand behind them. Our products are of the highest quality and we
are authorized dealers for everything we sell.
BoatThings founder, Brian Gottlieb, has enjoyed being on and around the
water and coastline most of his life. When he was young, he spent
quality time day-tripping on his grandfather's powerboat off of Long
Island. This is where his love of the water began; watching
his grandfather catch fish off the stern and cruising at sunset.
Since that time, he and his family spent much of their time sailing on
vessels of all size; cruising the waters off Cape Cod and the
Islands. Currently, he docks his sailboat, Sweet Home, on the
Chesapeake's Western Shore.
Brian, with his wife, Meghan, made the decision to launch
BoatThings.com for people who love to get out on the water. We had fun
putting this store together for you, we hope you have fun surfing the
isles of BoatThings.com. Also, keep an eye out for us at boat
shows throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Shipping
Information:
Free domestic ground shipping (FEDEX Home Delivery) for orders $100.00
and over (continental US only). If you have a large order for
a team or club, call us at (877) 524-BOAT (2628) to arrange for special
pricing and shipping. Some items are shipped directly from
the manufacturer by other shipping methods. Custom framed
items may not include free shipping.
Most orders are shipped by BoatThings:
Most orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern are shipped out the same day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following
Monday.
We try to keep an inventory of most of the items we sell. In
some cases orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer -- In
these cases we will let you know who to expect a package
from. We only carry products from reputable manufacturers who
have outstanding customer service.
Refund,
Returns and
Cancellation Policies:
If there is a problem with your order, or the merchandise is defective
-- please let us know immediately so that we can make it
right. Send us an email to Sales@BoatThings.com and
we will send you a confirmation code and explain how to take care of
the item - either by returning it to us or the manufacturer.
No
Hassle Returns:
We will gladly accept returns on anything (except custom framed items)
we sell for the first 30 days. Items must be unused, and have
all the original packaging and tags. Please contact
Sales@BoatThings.com to explain your return, and we will send you an
authorization code and instructions. If the original order is
not defective and is correct, the customer will be responsible for all
return shipping charges.
Orders returned in damaged packaging, without all original materials,
used, soiled, or without an authorization code will be refused.
Items returned after 30 Days may incur a 15% restocking fee.
We don't accept returns after 60 Days. If the item is
defective we are happy to work on your behalf with the manufacturer to
make it right under the manufacturer's warranty.
